Step One: Call our Jobs Line at 612-338-5421 to schedule an appointment. When you call, an Industrial Staffing consultant will conduct a preliminary phone screening to ensure that you meet the minimum qualifications for our current job openings.

Step Two: Arrive on time to your appointment and remember to bring your recent work history as well as two (2) forms of identification necessary to meet I–9 standards. (Examples would be a valid Minnesota driver's license, a US Passport, your birth certificate).

Step Three: Complete the Industrial Staffing application and skills testing process.

Step Four: Interview with an Industrial Staffing consultant.

Once you've finished with your personal interview, if you qualify, you'll be ready to go to work immediately. It's just that easy.
