Sub-Vendor Management –– All sub-vendor activity is under program oversight.
From vendor recruitment, screening and approval to performance monitoring, evaluation and contract renewal, all aspects of the sub-vendor relationship and performance will be effectively managed as part of the Master Service Program.
Contractor Management –– Managing contractors and the issues of security, access and visibility.
Regardless from which sub-vendor a contractor originates, we will comprehensively manage all issues related to security, access and orientation. With security and badging built into the system, your badging and ID systems incorporated into eHire will ensure only active and approved personnel will be allowed on-site providing real-time knowledge and awareness of every contingent employee on assignment.
Performance Monitoring –– View detailed, real-time, sub-vendor and contractor activity and performance.
