How often will I be paid?
Industrial Staffing pays weekly. Paydays vary depending on the company you work at. Contact your individual staffing representative for payroll times and locations. Industrial Staffing offers Direct Deposit for your convenience.

How soon can I be assigned to a position?
Positions can be offered to a new applicant almost immediately. Depending on what positions are available and what you may qualify for, you can be working the same day you apply. Otherwise, you can begin working on a job assignment typically within 1-2 days after completing the registration/screening process.

Is it possible to be hired on as an employee with the company I am working for as a temporary?
Yes. Most companies are always looking for an outstanding temporary employee to hire on as a full-time team member. Depending on your attendance, job performance, attitude, flexibility and the company's individual needs, you may well be offered a full-time position with the company at which you're working.

What shifts are available?
At Industrial Staffing, we offer positions on all shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Can I work overtime while working for Industrial Staffing?
Yes. If the company you are working at is offering overtime, you are more than welcome to accept and work as many overtime hours as are made available to you. Any overtime beyond 40 hours per week is paid at 'time and a half'.

To whom should I report any problems I may have concerning things such as payroll, on the job injury, absence and/or job tardiness etc?
Industrial Staffing is your employer. It is important that you speak to your Staffing Coordinator about any type of injury, payroll problem, time off request or any other job related issue you may have.

Can anyone be hired at Industrial Staffing?
No. Applicants for hire should have a minimum 24 months continuous work history, good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a willingness to positively represent themselves as a Industrial Staffing employee to its customers..
