How much will it cost my company to order temporary employees from Industrial Staffing?
The mark-up percentage is based on several factors including a competitive pay wage, volume of business, location, type of work, etc. Give us a call and we will be more than happy to give you an estimate over the phone.

How quickly can I get temporary employees out to my company?
Industrial Staffing has delivered emergency ASAP employees to its customers in as little as one hour. And although we often provide employees on a same day fulfillment schedule, the general start time for employees is the next day after an order is placed.

What do I have to do to become an Industrial Staffing customer?
It's easy, just contact one of our Staffing Consultants at 612-371-7400 and s/he can take all the necessary information over the phone. You will then be faxed a credit application. Once the credit application is approved, you can then begin placing your orders for temporary employees.

Does Industrial Staffing offer temp-to-hire placement?
Yes. Industrial Staffing is always excited to see one of our employees hired by our customer. If you would like to hire one or more temporary employees to work at your company we would be able to accommodate you.

Does Industrial Staffing hire every person that walks through the door?
No. Industrial Staffing is very selective with regard to whom we hire. We only hire on average, 30% of the people that contact our company seeking employment with us.

Does Industrial Staffing offer employee background checks and a drug testing program?
Yes. Industrial Staffing does have comprehensive resources to conduct background checks and drug tests upon a customer's request.

Can our company order temporary employees only on the days we need them?
Yes. The very essence of our business is to provide our customers with qualified employees to supplement their work force according to their schedule and to also help manage those positions that are considered moderate to high turnover.
